These terms govern your use of Ranfurliedevelopments' services, including structural planning and real estate project development. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Services Provided

Ranfurliedevelopments offers structural engineering, project planning, and development consulting for residential, commercial, and heritage properties. Each engagement is defined by a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your property, site conditions, and project goals. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information may result in revised timelines and costs.

3. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or delays caused by third parties, regulatory changes, or unforeseen site conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, reports, and structural designs remain the intellectual property of Ranfurliedevelopments until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for the intended project only.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cape Town, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
